Faculty Development Program (FDP)
The DTE-sponsored FDP on "Advances in Deep Learning and Its Engineering Applications" was jointly organized by the Departments of Instrumentation & Control Engineering and Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering from February 13–17, 2024.

- Forbes Marshall, Chakan Plant, Pune (February 28, 2024) - Process Control & Industrial Automation study for third and final-year students.
- PCMC Water Purification Plant, Nigdi - Visit for final-year students.
- Pune MahaMetro - Infrastructure and Automation study.
Inauguration of Forbes Marshall Centre of Excellence
The Centre of Excellence, equipped with a Flow–Level Laboratory with Modern DCS funded by Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd., Pune, was inaugurated on 7th October 2023 by Dr. Vinod Mohitkar, Director, Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra State.
